Recently, after winning 597.88MWh lithium battery energy storage system project oversea, Narada Power has won another bidding of 100MW/200MWh EPC project in Chenzhou together with other 2 companies.

Consecutively wins the bench-marking projects of lithium projects both at home and abroad, Narada Power has further consolidated the leading position in the field of new energy storage.

As a joint contractor, Narada Power will provide the overall design and system integration services of the energy storage power station for the project, and also will undertake equipment installation, debugging and trial operation tasks. The project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2022.

As is known to all, Hunan power grid recently faces major problems, such as the shortage of primary energy sources and large power load differences.

As the proportion of installed new energy equipment continues to rise, the contradiction of consuming new energy is prominent. To build large-scale energy storage power stations, it would alleviate the contradiction, reduce the power generation randomness and intermittent, and relieve the pressure of the local power supply, improve the ability of peak shaving, enhance the level of voltage quality and power grid security and stability.

Once the project operates at the end of 2022, it will meet the winter demand of heating power in Chenzhou to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid during peak season.

Previously, Narada Power has occupied nearly 50% of the market share in the first and second phase of new energy storage projects in Hunan power grid, with a total capacity of 108MWh lithium energy storage system.
