Recently, Narada Power successfully won a bid for a 242.5MW/245.26MWh solar + storage project with REPLUS, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy Ltd., and leading EPC from India.

The project includes five solar and energy storage sub-projects, with the primary supply being Narada's lithium battery energy storage systems. The signing of this contract will further consolidate the company's advantageous position in the field of new power storage.

The project is located in the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Karnataka, which are significant industrial and population centers in India. With the rapid growth in electricity demand, India is expected to face a nighttime power shortfall of 20GW to 40GW starting in 2026, accounting for approximately 8% to 12% of total demand, putting immense pressure on the grid.

To address this issue, the Indian government is actively promoting the deployment of centralized solar and energy storage projects to accelerate the application of renewable energy and ensure stable electricity supply.

The project will utilize Narada Center L Plus Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System, which offers core advantages of enhanced safety, reliability, and compactness, while the self-developed and manufactured products ensure stable quality.

Narada Power has established an integrated research and development layout encompassing battery materials, cell products, BMS, PCS, EMS, system integration, operation and maintenance services, and resource regeneration. The company can achieve integrated differential design for energy storage systems with strategies and controls tailored for various functions such as peak shaving, frequency regulation, and black start, ensure that safety is thoroughly considered from design stage.

In addition, the company possesses intelligent delivery capabilities through the integration of digital and physical industries. Each system undergoes over 500 testing and control processes before being delivered, allowing for a safety failure rate of battery cells to be reduced to one in a billion and ensuring high-quality delivery at the GWh level.

After the project completed, the Narada Power energy storage system will significantly enhance the stability of the local grid, alleviate electricity shortages during peak hours, and promote the transformation of sustainable energy in India.
